ChelCSS is a not-for-profit volunteer involving organisation providing support services targeted towards residents in the southern suburbs of the City of Kingston. Our programs include: Emergency Relief, financial counselling, legal advice, No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS), supportive casework, counselling, ATO Tax Help, community information, referrals and an annual free community Christmas Day Lunch.

We take an active role within the community supporting local volunteering, community education and community networking. We rely on funding, volunteers, donations and we welcome offers of support.

Many thanks to the Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation and the Freemasons Public Charitable Foundation for their generous grants. These have enabled us to complete urgent work required to upgrade our reception and volunteer work area. We now have a safe, welcoming reception and all of our volunteer work areas are now OHS compliant. This is absolutely essential for the wellbeing of our customers and hardworking volunteers.
